Jonny has led the iLUKA team to unprecedented success as well as weathering many geopolitical and business situations that have impacted the world and global sports over that time.
He has been one of world’s foremost operators of hospitality management services at global sporting events and an expert in transportation services which was where he started out. An ultimate relationship builder, Jonny sets the tone for iLUKA people and their collaborative and considerate approach to all Games stakeholder relationships.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the Olympic arena, Felicity has been supporting brands in creating integrated, Games relevant activations, driving business results and brand value from the Olympic asset for over 25 years.
Managing Director at iLUKA since 2009, Felicity oversaw the expansion of the 360-degree services model.
Responsible for guiding many commercial organizations in their association and creating development with global Sporting properties, she brings clients enormous value to maximize synergies, minimize roadblocks and deliver creative brand engagement.
Promoted from Commercial Director, Paul has been responsible for the client service and account management structure within iLUKA for the last 6 years. Previously Head of Sponsorship at BT, Paul joined iLUKA in 2010 and brings a “big company” approach to the business engagement process and understands implicitly the journey a client takes between managing executive sign off and pressing operational timelines.
His experience together with his measured and strategic approach and quick wit has always made Paul popular with clients and his team members and the ideal person to take over the stewardship of the organisation going forward.
Matt’s career began in training, specializing in the sports and hospitality industries, moving into Human Resources & Recruitment in 2004. Matt specializes in international HR, high volume recruitment and staff training for Global Sporting Events. Matt has been responsible for recruiting and training over 3500 staff for iLUKA across all functional areas and levels of seniority.
He manages our international network of talented and experienced staff so that we are employer of choice for Global Mega events. An iLUKA team member is a “friend for life”.
David has an accountancy background with extensive experience in the leisure travel industry and change management as a Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director.
He has led a number of Management Buy Outs (MBOs). David joined iLUKA in January 2016 and has been responsible for helping establish legal and financial operations in Brazil, Korea and Japan, prior to the Rio 2016, PyeongChang 2018, Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup 2019.
David consults to the iLUKA Collective Leadership team driving the highest standards of planning and operational delivery, with particular reference to commercial, financial, legal and compliance issues.
A Chartered Global Management Accountant, Amardeep joined iLUKA in 2007. As part of the finance team he plays a fundamental role in the financial planning and delivery of Games time operations. With over nine years experience in the global events industry, from Beijing 2008 through to Rio 2016, Amardeep understands the complexities of delivering client programs of various sizes in his role as the functional business partner to the project teams.
Managing our global finance resources, Am has worked closely in developing a common standard financial system which can adapt to the requirements of different financial, taxation and currency operations whilst providing a seamless and compliant reconciliation for iLUKA’s global clients.
Susan has a wealth of experience in sports marketing including working with the US Ski and Snowboard Association, the Utah Athletic Foundation, as a consultant to the NBA, Coca Cola and Minor League Baseball and spent a number of years in senior marketing and client services roles at the USOC. Susan was an integral member of the iLUKA TOK (Transfer of Knowledge) team in Rio in 2016.
Holly joined the iLUKA Business Development team in 2018 and made an immediate positive impact, today she leads iLUKA Business Strategy, including new business, marketing and communications.
Following a ten-year career working on the Olympics, both at Organizing Committee level with Vancouver 2010 and with the IOC where she was the Account Director for GE and Visa as well as launching the Dow TOP partnership in 2010. For London 2012 she led the IOC’s Partnership Marketing team.
Pre-iLUKA, Holly acted as an independent consultant including authoring the IOC’s Technical Manuals for Partnership Marketing, brand activation and guidelines for NOCs well as IOC projects for iLUKA at Rio 2016 and PyeongChang 2018.
A fluent French speaker Jamie brings 18 years of experience having worked for the finest dining and luxury Michelin star restaurants across the world. Jamie has been working with iLUKA since 2015 and his F&B and guest experience expertise have helped deliver renowned projects such as the Olympic Club in Rio, Pyangchang, Tokyo and Beijing, Swiss House and Russia House.
Nathalie brings a wealth of major sporting event experience to the team, having worked on both the client and agency sides across the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Having worked in sponsorship strategy, planning and activation for many years, she understands the differing objectives of major global sponsors and how important it is to create and deliver programs that realize a return on this investment.
Having joined iLUKA in 2011, Joe has over 11 years direct experience managing and fine tuning our Guest Communication processes and systems at some of the world’s largest sporting events, including 2014 World Cup Brazil where he managed 1,864 guests at the Johnson and Johnson program. He oversees all guest communication program deliverables for iLUKA and is the spearhead of our Guest Management System development work.
Jo has been in sponsor services and program management for over 16 years. She has extensive experience in activating VIP sponsor programs at multiple Olympic & Paralympic Games, Jo has directed teams and executed programs globally on behalf of Kraft, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, adidas and Land Rover. As Global Account Director she has intricate knowledge of iLUKA’s service offering and is an expert in identifying client requirements to ensure world class delivery.
Laurie brings 15 years of experience in the sport and event industry, including the management of hospitality program activations across the Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup, Rugby World Cup and Formula 1. Laurie’s hospitality experience ranges from small, VIP programs of five guests to large, complex activations for 7500 guests. She is passionate about the detailed operational planning to ensure an unforgettable guest experience. As Global Account Director she has intricate knowledge of iLUKA’s service offering and is an expert in identifying client requirements to ensure world class delivery.
